Thoroughly review the bid and ask any questions you may have. It's important to us that you're fully comfortable with the process and the inclusions in our bid. Upon acceptance, we'll proceed with scheduling to kickstart your project.

Building / New Construction Projects

Begin by sending us your plans. If you've already drafted floor plans, we'd like you to include them in your request. You can either upload them below or visit our Showroom to discuss them with a member of our sales team. This marks the beginning of the entire process.
Step 2

Once we have all the project details and know which trades you require estimates for, we get to work. Depending on our current workload, you can typically expect to receive your estimate within 2 weeks of submission. If you're seeking estimates for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical, you'll receive multiple different bids as our estimators specialize in their respective fields.
Step 3

Take time to review the bid and ask any questions you may have. We want you to feel confident about the process and the contents of our bid. Upon acceptance, we work with you or your contractor to finalize scheduling and attend to any other important details.
