Do you offer 24 hour emergency service?

Yes, we do offer 24 Hour Emergency Service. However, in order to keep our emergency service a perk for our current customers, we do NOT list our emergency number for the general public. If you are a current customer, please check your equipment for a sticker or magnet for our emergency number. It is also listed on our invoices and statements. If your emergency can wait until the next business day, please contact us at 605-338-6321 during our normal business hours to schedule service. (We do NOT provide emergency service for electrical.)

Being available for our existing customers is very important to our company, and it shows you another way Frisbees is committed to offering unsurpassed customer service to those loyal to our company.

Do you schedule in a window of time?

Our service appointments are scheduled during a window of time. (expect for our 8am appointments) We know that your time is very important so we don't want to keep you waiting around at home waiting for a tech to arrive at your home. We want you to go about your day, and we will let you know when we have a service professional ready for you. We will give you a friendly phone call about 20 minutes before they arrive. That way you have time to head home, clean up or finish whatever daily tasks you are in the middle of.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we do offer free estimates for many of our jobs. We offer free estimates in our service area for replacing heating/cooling equipment and on any remodeling or new construction projects that involve Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical. We don't offer on-site free estimate for routine service work. Not sure if your project would need a free estimate, just contact us.
