Do You Offer Free Estimates?

Yes, we do offer free estimates for many of our jobs. We offer free estimates for replacing heating/cooling equipment, tankless water heaters, garage heaters and on any remodeling or new construction projects that involve Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical. We don't offer on-site free estimate for routine service work. Not sure if your project would need a free estimate, just contact us.

Do You Offer 24/7 Emergency Service?

Yes, we do offer 24 Hour Emergency Service. However, in order to keep our emergency service a perk for our current customers, we do NOT list our emergency number for the general public. If you are a current customer, please check your equipment for a sticker or magnet for our emergency number. It is also listed on our invoices and statements. If your emergency can wait until the next business day, please contact us at 605-338-6321 during our normal business hours to schedule service. (We do NOT provide emergency service for electrical.)

Being available for our existing customers is very important to our company, and it shows you another way Frisbees is committed to offering unsurpassed customer service to those loyal to our company.

How often should I get my furnace or air conditioner serviced?

Frisbees always recommends that you should have your furnace and air conditioner inspected once a year to make sure your eqiupment is functioning properly. Ideally we suggest your air conditioner be inspected in the spring and your furnace in the fall before the seasons begin. Your equipment warranty may also require regular maintenance check ups. 

What if my air conditioner won't turn on?

When your outdoor unit doesn't turn on, it could be a simple fix. The first thing to check is to see if the circuit breaker has been tripped. When this happens, you can easily reset it in your home's circuit breaker panel.
